MooCon Dry Cured Angus Brisket With Herbs 150g

MooCon what’s this well why not something different for those who fancy it or not Pork fans

So yes MooCon Dry Cured Grass Fed Aberdeen Angus Bacon
It’s completely different to what you expect I’d describe it a cross between bacon and a soft jerky ?
But goes well with a main meal, stir fry, sandwich, fry up you name it

How’s it made well that’s partly a secret
We dry cure all our bacons in house using our special blend of curing salts and a little sugar and some mixed herbs oh and our little secrets
We rub these into the bacon and wrap it up for about 2 weeks turning and rubbing the bacon every day
Once the curing time has finished we the rinse and hang to dry

So as you can see a lot of work goes in to curing our bacon

I like mine cooked in the frying pan where i add it to my fry up along with my black pudding sausages

It doesn’t take a lot of cooking after all it is beef unless you like your beef well done
