Well we offer mutton and have a massive following for this meat and we use our old sows into sausages. But currently our cows would have to go to market and as we no from mutton.
WOW it is so tasty and cow steaks are in such high demand in London and even bigger in America - top butchers are now selling them with high demand.
Older cattle are in demand and gaining momentum as a desirable source of protein. Though technically aged and worn out, the fact is meat from mature animals has a depth of flavour that's just not found in the young.
We can offer these at 20% less than our normal steaks and are available to pre order in limited amount for 3-4 weeks time
