The Jolly Fat Farmer 17.6oz Burger

1/2 a kilo of our famous angus melts, with extra mature cheddar cheese stuffed in the middle  Wrapped in a lattice of Bramblebee Old Spot Streaky Bacon.

This is not for the faint-hearted either and is an art to cook.

Firstly start it off in the oven till approx 50c then introducing a light flame heat to score the bacon nicely. Cook till 70c-72c for a medium-rare finish, then sit back and enjoy.

Native Grass Fed Beef (95%), Cheese (MILK), Preservatives (4%), Rusk (Prepared From, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Salt (E503), Onion Powder, Salt, WHEAT Starch, Pea Protein, Spices (Black Pepper, Ginger, White Pepper), Sugar, Dried Onion, Dextrose Preservative (E221), Yeast Extract, Rapeseed Oil, Antioxidant (E301) Flavourings BACON :Pork (90%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (Potassium Nitrates, Sodium Nitrates), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate).

Eye's bigger than belly syndrome

Just fantastic burgers,cheese and bacon...who would want for anymore well certainly not a second one in 24 hours
