1/2 a kilo of our famous angus melts, with extra mature cheddar cheese stuffed in the middle  Wrapped in a lattice of Bramblebee Old Spot Streaky Bacon.

This is not for the faint-hearted either and is an art to cook.

Firstly start it off in the oven till approx 50c then introducing a light flame heat to score the bacon nicely. Cook till 70c-72c for a medium-rare finish, then sit back and enjoy.

Eye's bigger than belly syndrome

Just fantastic burgers,cheese and bacon...who would want for anymore well certainly not a second one in 24 hours
