For a Christmas dinner with a difference, our free-range geese are a wonderful choice. Sourced from Seldom Seen Farm in Leicestershire, these birds are raised with space to roam and a natural approach to feeding.
Hatched in May and June, they spend the summer grazing on grass and are fed home-grown corn as they grow. They spend most of their lives outdoors, making them truly free-range birds.
This traditional approach to rearing produces a special bird for your festive table, perfect for those who love a classic Christmas roast with rich flavour and delicious golden skin.
