OUR DELIVERIES

Regardless of where in the UK you are located, Bramblebee Farm delivers.

Within 40 miles of our farm at Emneth PE14 8BG, we deliver ourselves, anything further afield Nationwide is delivered by courier in one of our Eco cool boxes filled with sheep wool (sourced from our farm) and ice packs.

Local Deliveries From PE14 8BG

Free delivery on orders over £25 within a 25 mile radius of our farm in Emneth, under £25 there is a £3 Delivery cost.

Free delivery on orders over £60 within 25-40 mile radius of our Farm in Emneth under £60 there is a £7 delivery cost

Please pay by ShopPay if wanting local delivery.

You can expect to receive your order on the days noted below, we can get orders out sooner for click & collect or look at our other delivery options if needed (see chart below)

However, feel free get in touch to confirm which day we are in your area.

Most orders only need 24 hours notice but occasionally we can run out of stock

If we have your correct Email or contact Telephone number you should receive delivery updates once the route is finalised.

If you not going to be home on delivery day please leave a note on your order and we will leave in our wool cool box in your designated safe place.

Nationwide Deliveries (+40 miles of PE14 8BG) Free delivery on orders over £150.00 orders under £150 have a standard charge of £12.00 with Exceptions :

Orders are shipped by courier.

Order by 12pm on a Monday for delivery by Thursday ( Unless 2 day Delivery)

Orders placed by 12pm on Thursday will be received the next day on Friday.(Unless 2 Day Delivery it will then be despatched the following Tuesday)

We currently do not offer weekend deliveries, however, if needed

We don’t currently offer the option of selecting a delivery slot/time. You’ll receive a delivery notification via text or email on the day of your delivery. We also take delivery instructions if you’re not home when we’re due to deliver.

Please note:

Due to high output at busier times of the year, on rare occasions deliveries may miss the hub and arrive a day later than assigned, however all orders are packed to keep cool in case of this. Please bear this in mind when ordering.

Collections can be made direct from our Butchery by selecting this option at checkout.

We do not have a shop to browse so orders are to be arranged to be picked up by appointment only.

What is ShopPay?

ShopPay is powered by Shopify (Our website platform) Shop Pay remembers and encrypts your details, so you can speed safely through checkout in one tap.

Your details are saved securely, and not passed onto 3rd parties, so next time you can check out and pay even faster! For security purposes, you will need to receive a text message that includes a verification code. This 6-digit code will allow you to authorise your payment safely. Don't worry, your phone number will not be used for anything else other then to verify your purchase.

Offsetting Carbon Emissions

One of the most unique features of Shop Pay, is that it’s committed to making the world a better place.

Shop Pay is dedicated to offsetting the carbon emissions caused by delivery. This means planting and protecting new trees. Currently, Shop Pay has protected nearly 7 million trees to offset over 6000 tons of carbon emissions.

Whenever a customer pays for online orders using the Shop Pay feature, the delivery from our store ships using one of Shopify’s committed carriers. The Shopify team uses the information they get from their carriers to calculate the emissions that the delivery produces. Shopify then offsets the delivery emissions from your sale by protecting a number of trees.

This fits in with our ethos at Bramblebee Farms about working with nature.
