Treat yourself to our grass-fed 8-bone rack of lamb, a delicious centrepiece that's perfect for entertaining or making a family meal feel extra special.

Sourced from our local family farm in Southery, just a few miles from Bramblebee Farm, our lamb comes from grass-fed sheep. We carefully select our animals, looking for a good carcass and the right balance of fat to deliver the flavour and quality we want for our customers.

Our lamb comes from Texel and Suffolk breeds, both renowned for their meat-producing qualities.

A rack of lamb is wonderful roasted until tender and juicy, with a beautifully browned outside and succulent meat inside. Serve with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich gravy, or keep it simple with fresh herbs and garlic to let the lamb shine.
