From the fens, either our own flock or from Lewis Jackson, a local sheep farmer and friend.
The price is per kg, min 1kg up to 4kg.
Lamb is from this years lambing, the Hoggit is from last years lambing and has more flavour by far.
Mutton is a ewe over two years of age and when slowed cooked is the best flavour of them all.
