Chipolatas are in bunches of 9 with a minimum weight of 450g

Ingredients.

Pork min 70%, Water 10%, Rusk 10% (Prepared from WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Fresh Red Onion 3%, Fresh Sage 2.3%, Seasoning which contains Salt, Flavour enhancer E621, MUSTARD, Dextrose, Wheat flour (WHEAT) Preservative E223, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser E451, Antioxidant E301 E331, Spice extract & Herb extract.

Red onion and sage chipolata sausages

I was really surprised by the flavour of these sausages, I didnt quite know what to expect from them to be honest. However I absolutely loved them, in fact just had the last four of them for breakfast. They had a very nice flavour with a hint of sweetness in them,, can't put my finger on what was giving them the sweetness of flavour ,but I just loved it. I will certainly be buying more of these next time I order.
