Our Handmade Peppered Lamb Koftas are expertly prepared by our skilled butchers using locally sourced, grass-fed lamb and a carefully balanced blend of herbs, spices and cracked black pepper to create a rich, aromatic flavour.

Perfect for the barbecue, grill or oven, these succulent koftas are tender, juicy and packed with flavour, making them ideal for everything from easy midweek meals to summer barbecues. Serve with flatbreads, fresh salad, rice or your favourite sides for a delicious meal the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients :

Lamb, rusk (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), salt, starch, spices (cumin, white pepper, coriander, black pepper, clove, paprika, cracked red chilli), dried garlic, dried onion, dried herbs (parsley, mint), yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), preservative (SODIUM METABISULPHITE), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), natural spearmint flavouring, citric acid, dried tomato, dried parsley, colour (paprika extract, natural rosemary flavouring).

Allergy Advice: Contains WHEAT (GLUTEN) and SULPHITES.

May also contain: SOYA, MILK, CELERY and MUSTARD.

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C.

Freezing
Suitable for home freezing on the day of purchase. Freeze on receipt where possible. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and do not refreeze once thawed.
