A proper, full-flavoured cheddar, chosen by Bramblebee Farm.
Enjoy 500g of delicious mature Cheddar, with a rich flavour and satisfying bite. It's a wonderful all-rounder for cheeseboards, sandwiches, cheese on toast or adding a little extra flavour to your favourite recipes.
Although this isn't a cheese we make ourselves, it's sourced locally and is one we know and love. In fact, it's so good that we use it in some of our own Bramblebee products!
