This joint was the best I have ever cooked. A simple sear and roast and you have the most tasty and succulent meal. Absolutely delicious.

Thank you for a fantastic piece if meat...long gentle cook, with a mirepoix of celery, onion & carrot, red wine,chilli flakes plus a couple of other bits and was appreciated by the whole family
