Love the spatchcock chicken

These spatchcock chickens are a great way for a quick and easy meal, as they don't take as long to cook. We often have them with savoury rice for a quick and easy meal. The chicken takes about half an hour to cook, and if you use the microwave rice, you can cook that whilst the chicken is resting. The various flavours available are a great choice, but I think our favourite has to be the Chinese flavour. They are great value for money, good quality, and best of all, you are supporting a local farm.
