Breeds are Texel and Suffolk (best meat breeds there are)

What is hogget? Well it’s last year lamb kept through the winter and finished at about 18 months of age.

They have more taste than lamb but require slightly slower cooking and a little resting time but the flavour is so worth the wait plus the sheep gets a better, longer life.

Breast of hogget(50%), Minced Hogget(30%), Fresh leek(10%), Seasoning(10%) Which contains Water, Rusk (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Fresh Stinging nettles, Sugar, Acids(Sodium Diacetate, Malic Acid), Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Salt, Dried Mint, Yeast Extract(Yeast Extract, Salt), Dried Tomato, Natural Flavouring, Colours(Paprika Extract & Natural Rosemary Flavouring, Curcumin), Thickeners(Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Garden Mint Flavouring.
