Fine Dining …..

…… without the prep , expense or travel! You could also cheat and serve to guests. They would be impressed with this dish of BBQd Pork Steaks

Absolutely superb. Three large pork steaks in a very tasty sauce. My one minor criticism would be the amount of fat rind on each steak which I had to cut off.

Other than that, highly recommended!
