Almost Clotted Cream

Fantastic, really thick, more like clotted cream.
Very yummy on mince pies and Christmas pudding.
Can't wait to try it on scones.

the thickest cream I've ever seen

I was amazed at the thickness of this cream. It actually stood up on its own! Super for scones but a bit too thick for coffee.
