At Bramblebee Farm, we believe good poultry starts with good pasture. Now in our second year of rearing our own Christmas turkeys, we're continuing to develop our pasture-based approach, using the same system as our chickens, with daily moves onto fresh ground.
Our breed of choice is the traditional Bronze turkey, carefully selected for its superb flavour and beautiful traditional character, making it a wonderful centrepiece for your Christmas table.
Reared with care on our farm in the heart of the Fens, our free-range turkeys are given the opportunity to explore fresh pasture as they move regularly to new ground.

What size turkey do I need?
As a guide, our turkeys will serve the following number of people, depending on portion sizes and appetites.

A quick note about weights
Our turkeys are naturally reared, so individual birds will vary in size. We'll always do our best to supply a bird as close as possible to your selected weight range.
Turkey crowns
A turkey crown is the breast of the turkey, still on the bone, with the legs removed. The legs will be added to your order separately, so you can enjoy the best of both cuts.
