Looking for a flavoursome alternative to the traditional Christmas turkey? Our grass-fed lamb shoulder joint makes a wonderful festive centrepiece, packed with rich flavour and perfect for sharing with family and friends.
Sourced from our local family farm in Southery, just a few miles from Bramblebee Farm, our lamb comes from grass-fed sheep. We carefully select our animals, looking for a good carcass and the right balance of fat to deliver the flavour and quality we want for our customers.
Our lamb comes from Texel and Suffolk breeds, both renowned for their meat-producing qualities.
A joint made for slow roasting
Each shoulder joint weighs approximately 2.2–2.5kg and is ideal for slow roasting until beautifully tender, with meat that pulls apart easily. Prefer something a little different? It's also delicious cooked on the BBQ for a special festive feast.
Serve with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty of rich gravy for a memorable Christmas dinner.
