Very good bur not quite up to the 5 star standard pork sausages from this farm which are superb and deserve 6 stars. The flavour is very good and real herbs, etc, incorporated into the sausage was pleasant to see and taste. Just wasn't over impressed with the overall appearance before and after cooking. The 'standard' pork sausages are Really meaty and VERY tasty and just like I used to eat 40 + years ago ! Well done Paul etc al!

Just like the sausages of the same name, lots of savoury style in this lovely local hearty Chipolata, which definetly earns the right to a breakfast menu encore!
