Our New Fenland Flag Sausages!

Bramblebee Farm is proud to work with the Fenland Flag and try to design a regional sausage which we hope you enjoy.

These 8 sausages are made from our Bramblebee Old Spot Pork along with a hint of traditional Cambridgeshire and Bramblebee seasoning mix.  Add to this some locally grown leeks and onions with a mix of our very own sweet chilli which adds a depth of flavour in the background.

We make these sausages along with all the other varieties in our in-house butchery. We deliver to your door and are also available in some local stores.

Just look out for the Fenland Flag!
Ingredients.

Pork min 70%, Fresh red onions, Fresh Leeks, Water, Rusk (Prepared from WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) Seasoning which contains Salt, Dried red peppers, Garlic powder, Flavour enhancer E621, MUSTARD, Dextrose, Wheat flour (WHEAT) Preservative E223, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser EE451, Antioxidant E300 E301 E331, Spice extract & Herb extract, Fructose, Sunflower oil, Tomato powder E221

Fenland Flag

I have purchased various sausages from Bramblebee and their products are second to none. I have two joint favourites-The Fenland Flag and the Marmite. The marmite is as they say a love or hate taste- I love them.
The Fenland Flag though is a masterpiece in sausages, a massive flavour hit from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend them whether it is for breakfast, sandwiches or a main meal, they will not disappoint.
