What is hogget? Well it’s last year lamb kept through the winter and finished at about 1 year of age
So a much better longer life it has enjoyed and a more full flavour is obtained We have limited stock.
These Hoggets come from ours or Lewis Jackson’s a local farmer and have been well cared for and are currently running on some very nice spring grass indeed.
All of our meats will be wrapped in our environmentally friendly peach paper - it is proven that meats stay fresher for longer using this paper, and is completely safe to freeze.
