Looking for something a little different for your festive feast? Our grass-fed leg of lamb makes a wonderful Christmas centrepiece, full of flavour and sourced from a local family farm in Southery, right here in the Fens.
The sheep graze along various riverbanks, and we carefully select the animals that suit our needs, looking for a good carcass and the right balance of fat to help deliver a succulent, flavoursome roast.
Our lamb comes from Texel and Suffolk breeds, both renowned for their meat-producing qualities, giving you quality meat we're proud to offer at Bramblebee Farm.
Perfect for Christmas dinner, a festive family gathering or a special Boxing Day roast, serve with crispy roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and plenty of rich gravy for a memorable meal.
We also source hogget and mutton, depending on availability, for those who enjoy a deeper, richer flavour.
