Pork Belly slices

I had just over a kilo of pork belly slices delivered with other products. The pork belly slices where nice and thickly cut, so I only needed 2 per meal, I had six slices in total so I got three meals out of them. They cooked beautifully, made fabulous crackling, and the meat was very nice flavour indeed. I will be back for more of these soon and I will be buying some for my son also as I told him about them. I can thoroughly recommend the Pork belly slices . A few jars of apple sauce and you have a winning meal to eat.
