The Steak & Spitfire Ale Pie - Made By Bramblebee
We use good cuts of stewing steak from our grass fed Native Breed cattle diced into nice chunks
Then seared in a pan with real ale before going into cast iron pans for 3 hours, we test a piece by eating it to check the tender quality
We use Spitfire real ale which gives a perfect taste
Once all the meat is ready and we are happy it is then cooked further in the pie
Made from our grass-fed, free-range beef, cased in a 1/2lb pie, full of chunky meat and locally grown vegetables using the best local ingredients only - we are sure they won't disappoint!
