How do we produce such great-tasting bacon & gammons?
The answer lies in our in-house curing.
Our dry-cured bacon is cured with our top-secret blend of salts and secret ingredients. A special Bramblebee mix hand-cut with ribs on or off. It is not only our gammons that are brine-cured but also our delicious hams as well.
In our opinion, our method produces THE best-tasting bacon sandwich in the Fens.
