Welcome to Bramblebee Micro Dairy

Welcome to Bramblebee Farms' micro dairy, established in 2023 and bringing fresh, locally produced milk back to Emneth after many decades.

The dairy was created in response to one simple request from our customers: "Can we buy your milk?" That question inspired us to begin a new chapter for the farm, producing high-quality pasteurised milk from our own herd while helping to secure the future of the family farm for the next generation.

Our herd is made up of carefully selected Jersey and Jersey cross cows, chosen for their rich, creamy milk and their ability to thrive on a predominantly grass-based system. We milk once a day, allowing our cows a more relaxed routine while giving us time to care for the rest of the farm. We also allow our calves to remain with their mothers for around 15 weeks, supporting a more natural rearing system.

We are proud that our herd is not fed Bovaer, and we remain committed to producing milk in a way that reflects our values of high animal welfare, quality and transparency.
