Grass fed lamb shoulder - a cut from the front legs of a lamb different in texture and flavour than a back leg
Needs slightly slower cooking times but has a higher depth of flavour - best seasoned with onion and a bit of Rosemary, for a great tasting roast fit for a king!!
A beautiful 2kg Lamb shoulder slow cooked for 5 1/2 hours was intensely flavoursome and deliciously soft. Very happy with the whole ordering and finished dinner experience.
