Lambs, Hogget & Mutton is sourced locally only a few miles from our farm most weeks.
We have stopped keeping sheep as we have increased cattle numbers.
The Jackson Brothers in Tilney supply us with grass fed Lamb, Hogget & Mutton, where i'm lucky and can select what suits our needs.
Good carcass & fat content is what I look for and what they deliver, from time to time we have a few of our own and I might but something different, for this I advise you the customer,
Lamb is from this years lambing, the Hoggit is from last years lambing and has more flavour by far.
Mutton is a ewe over two years of age and when slowed cooked is the best flavour of them all.
