Hand cut Horseshoe Gammons, cured here on the farm with our own secret recipe.

Horseshoe gammon joints are cut finely from the middle of the gammon. Horseshoe gammon is perfect for gammon steaks.

1 Steak on average weighs between 400-500g  ( These are hand cut so can Vary) but generally 1.0kg will produce 2 steaks or two steaks & a bit
