Half of a Free Range, Grass Fed Lamb

Delivery timescales approximately 7-10 days. Please get in touch for an ETA.

 

Whole pre-cut and boxed lamb.

Pleased send a message letting us no if you would like the leg and shoulder joints cut in half or left whole

The rest will be butchered into chops, neck slices, and rolled breast

average weight of half a lamb is 10-12kg bone in, the only bone removed is from the rib cage averaging 2kg 

if you have a bespoke cutting list you would prefer please get in touch as I’m sure we can sort something out 


All or lambs either come from our own farm or from  a selection of well known local local sheep farms and are fully grass fed

The best

We have only eaten the lamb chops so far,if they are anything to go by I can't wait for the rest. The best lamb chops I have ever had. Great quality and value. 100% recommend.

Tender is the lamb

Just gorgeous. My husband's favourite so we treat ourselves whenever this comes available. Had some of the chops yesterday - absolutely delicious and so generously thickly cut. Wish I had room in the freezer for another one - but already full of peach paper-wrapped Bramblebee meat!
