Hello and welcome to Bramblebee farms brand new micro dairy and the first dairy in Emneth since 1947 has landed in the summer of 2023.
We Are Bovaer FREE
This is a brand new venture from the farm the idea is listening to what our customers wanted and that was milk!! I also hope this helps the next generation start on the farm and take a fair wage.
The cows are Jersey and Jersey X and where we started with 3 girls the herd as of late 2024 is at 10 milking a 8 dry cows we have picked cows designed to be at grass all year round producing high quality milk and also ideal for milking just once a day.
Milking once a day is less stress and worries on the cows but also on us, allowing the cows to have a easy more relaxed life and us to under take all other farm duties
We also let our cows rear their calves for around 15 weeks making it a much more natural life for everyone
Good milk contains calcium, riboflavin, phosphorous, vitamins A and B12, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iodine.
So well worth drinking!
Our herd is driven by you and is always growing! We hope 2025 will let us reach into ice creams and soft cheese who knows but as the young heifers come through and give milk we should have some spare.
We are also happy to supply trade coffee shops, cafes, food vans and so on so get in touch
