Bramblebee Farm is proud to work with the Fenland Flag and try to design a regional sausage meat which we hope you enjoy.

This sausage meat is made from our Bramblebee Old Spot Pork along with a hint of traditional Cambridgeshire and Bramblebee seasoning mix.  Add to this some locally grown leeks and onions with a mix of our very own sweet chilli which adds a depth of flavour in the background.

We make these sausages along with all the other varieties in our in-house butchery. We deliver to your door and are also available in some local stores.

Just lookout for the Fenland Flag!

Sausage-meat sleeves Min Weight 475g

Ingredients.

Pork min 70%, Fresh red onions, Fresh Leeks, Water, Rusk (Prepared from WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) Seasoning which contains Salt, Dried red peppers, Garlic powder, Flavour enhancer E621, MUSTARD, Dextrose, Wheat flour (WHEAT) Preservative E223, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser EE451, Antioxidant E300 E301 E331, Spice extract & Herb extract, Fructose, Sunflower oil, Tomato powder E221

For Allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD
