As many a steak connoisseur has said, nobody local can rival us in this department.
Why do you say that?
The breed of cattle and the way they are reared are the answer.
Traditional breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, Beef Shorthorn, Hereford, and Belted Galloway, which are good at converting grass to steak, are reared primarily on local clover grassland (short grassland).
